Connections is a licensed Day Supports provider facility dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Day Supports offers a supportive, group-based environment where participants can thrive, developing essential socialization and daily living skills. The Connections Program promotes inclusion and independence, focusing on helping individuals reach their fullest potential, enhance self-determination, and seize opportunities for a fulfilling day.
Connections meets Mondays through Thursdays from 8am – 2pm.
Individuals with the NC innovations Waiver or State Funding are invited to join the Connections waiting list.
