NC Innovations (formerly known as CAP)
NC Innovations is a Medicaid funded program that provides a variety of community-based services and supports for individuals who have developmental disabilities. This program avoids institutional care and promotes independence, control, and community integration.
The Stevens Center facilitates these services to individuals who qualify for the program. Our team works closely with the individuals served, and their families, to create personalized goals that encourage independence in daily living, and community involvement.
