Immediate Opening in Tramway area:
Support Worker to work the male in his 20’s, his interests includes sports (especially basketball), outdoors and volunteering. Candidate must be active, engaging (this is not a couch-supervising position), and like dogs (two big, friendly indoor dogs). Job is Monday – Friday generally from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Hours could increase with the compatible Support Worker. One Full Time Support Worker in Spring Lake Area 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
One Part Time Support Worker 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Support Worker needed for an adult male in the Dunn area:
Wednesday 9:00 am. – 5:00 p.m. Back-up staff needed on Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Stevens Center is searching for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Support Worker.
The Support Worker will maintain a therapeutic relationship while providing one-on-one support to individuals who have a developmental disability.
Responsibilities vary, but can include:
Assisting individuals in completing personalized goals that are designed to promote independence in home and/or in the community.
Providing guidance to individuals when making independent choices at home and/or in the community.
Assisting individuals with personal care, such as toileting, bathing, and hygiene.
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation.
Attending yearly, paid training, provided by the Stevens Center.
The Support Worker reports to the QP (Qualified Professional) Supervisor.
